<p data-start="559" data-end="754">Earlier, platforms like Codeforces, CodeChef and LeetCode were mainly about improving problem-solving, algorithms and coding speed. But now AI can solve many standard DSA problems within seconds.</p>
<p data-start="759" data-end="798"><strong data-start="759" data-end="798">So what should we focus on in 2026?</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="ltmybo" data-start="856" data-end="923">Should beginners spend more time on CP or AI/real-world projects?</li>
<li data-section-id="176iqw6" data-start="926" data-end="986">Will companies continue to value strong DSA and CP skills?</li>
<li data-section-id="16db6x9" data-start="989" data-end="1079">Will contests move toward more creative/ad-hoc problems that are harder for AI to solve?</li>
<li data-section-id="ys51e6" data-start="1082" data-end="1166">For placements, is LeetCode-style DSA enough, or should we also target Codeforces?</li>

<p data-start="1171" data-end="1326">Personally, I think DSA will remain important because it develops problem-solving skills, but I&rsquo;m interested in hearing what experienced programmers think.</p>
