By accessing or using HiFi Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

3. Tool Submissions

By submitting a tool to HiFi Marketplace, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

4. Limitation of Liability

HiFi Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
